This is a fun activity since most of the mess is contained in a box. A shirt box works well for this painting experience.
If you don’t have Mega Bloks, try Legos or any other blocks you have lying about. It would also be interesting to use a mix of blocks for this activity so kids can compare the shapes they create.
This is a must try activity if you have a kid that loves cars and trucks. Different sized tires will create an interesting variety of tracks. Kids can even learn about color mixing if you use different colors and have them run the tires through the paint to combine them.
Grab some bottles from the recycling bin and make these pretty painted flowers.
Finally, something to do with all the bubble wrap you keep getting in packages. Kids will love the impression that the bubble wrap leaves on the paper. Use a variety of colors for a rainbow effect.
This is a great activity to get kids moving and painting. Make sure to have lots of paper on hand as my kids asked to make painting after painting.
