This Back to School I Spy Game is a fun way to help ease into the school year! You can play it at home to talk about the school year ahead or print it out for the class in the early days of the year.

Play the Back to School I Spy Game
This one we laminated (here’s an affiliate link for our favorite laminator). We circled the different school supplies using crayon and washable marker. There are so many quad to do this. We circled items the kids are excited to use, or ones they had questions about (for instance, my 4 year old wanted to know about the binder clips). Or all red items.
This game has numbers throughout, so another fun way to play was to find the numbers. First we just looked for the numbers, and then we looked for them in order.
We also played the traditional “I spy, with my little eye something…” and then gave the color. So, for example, I’d say something “red” and then when they named the apple, I would say they found it.
