Watermelon Ice Recipe
- 2 cups chopped watermelon
- freezer-safe container (we used freezer bags)
- 2 tsp honey (optional)
Freeze the watermelon in the freezer bag. Then add it to your blender, along with the honey, if desired, and blend until smooth. If we add the honey, I usually just eyeball it.
When the watermelon is blended, it will look like crushed pink ice. It’s delicious this way, just put in a bowl. But if you want to put it into a cone, put the ice into a bowl and pack it down using a spoon.
Then using an ice cream scoop, put the watermelon ice into a cone. And enjoy!
