This Kermit craft was inspired by Muppets Most Wanted. We made Kermit craft stick puppets – times two! It’s a fun family movie (and I loved the guest cameos!). We were lucky to receive an advance copy of the Blu-ray Combo Pack. (It’s available on Blu-ray Combo Pack and Digital HD August 12th on Disney.com). After watching we all had fun with these Kermit and Constantine stick puppets!.
Making the Kermit Puppets
Supplies: Craft foam (in green, pink, and red), 4 goggly eyes, 2 craft sticks, tape, glue, and scissors.
- Cut the craft foam. You’ll need a large green square, a lightly smaller red square, and a pink tongue-shaped piece.
- Glue the red square into the center of the green square. Glue the pink tongue into the bottom half of the red square, with the tongue facing toward the middle of a corner.
- Fold the craft foam in half, and glue the eyes to the top of the puppet.
- Glue or tape the puppet to the craft stick.
