Hold onto your old glue bottles! Glue paint is so fun – you can create with different colors and stick extra decorations into it! Plus I love how squeezing the bottles to get a nice colored glue stream going works on those gripping muscles!
How to Make Glue Paint
- Liquid watercolors
- Bottles for glue (we use old glue containers)
- Paintbrush or something to stir
- Glue (here we used white school glue)
Making glue paint couldn’t be easier! Take old glue bottles, fill them about 3/4 with glue (I use a gallon sized bottle to refill), and add a few drops of liquid watercolors. Then you can shake the bottle to stir. I generally find that I need to put a paintbrush in there to stir for an even distribution of color.
That’s it! Then you can get creative with your colored glue!
