With our sponsor, Dove Chocolate, it’s simple to make a pretty – and yummy – treat to give this year!

Choose a fun fabric, and cut a circle out. The circle should be at least 5 inches in diameter larger than the lid of the mason jar, so it hangs down a bit. I did the cutting for this, but if you have older kids, they could cut the fabric themselves.
The fun part – choose your chocolates to fill the jar! We did a blend from each of Dove’s Bag of Promises. That way, my mom can choose her own favorites from the jar! There are 4 varieties, each with chocolates wrapped in a bright foil colors – which were a lot of fun for the kids to sort through:
- Silky Smooth Dark Chocolate
- Silky Smooth Almond Dark Chocolate
- Silky Smooth Mint & Dark Chocolate Swirl
- New! Silky Smooth Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel
Once the jar is full, place the round mason jar lid on the jar, then put the cut fabric circle on top of the lid. Screw the round fastening on top of the fabric. Then cut a long length of ribbon, wrap it around the lid twice (just to make it more secure).
Print out the gift tag (download tags for Mom or Grandma). Punch a hole in the top, and thread the ribbon through the hole. Tie a pretty bow, and you’re done!
