Reading with babies can be a lot of fun…but it can also be a bit of a challenge! When Bethany from No Twiddle Twaddle suggested that we do a Google Hangout On Air to discuss tips for reading with babies, I immediately agreed.
The link to our video is below. We were also joined by Melissa Golladay, who you might remember from her guest post here on making the most of your visits to children’s museums.
We all agreed that when you’re reading to babies, flexibility is key! We also shared some other tips and book suggestions.
Our favorite books to read with babies:
Ten Tiny Tickles by Karen Katz
Ten Little Fingers and Ten Little Toes by Mem Fox
Rosie’s Walk by Pat Hutchins
Good Night, Gorilla by Peggy Rathmann
